Greenman only acquire one asset type – grocery anchored retail parks, hybrid centres and standalone grocery markets. Over 60% of our flagship fund Greenman OPEN’s rent comes from leading German supermarket retailers.
We are more than just a Landlord
Greenman provide asset and operational functions, including daily management activities, to the AIF’s we manage throughout their corporate structures. Our hands-on approach includes frequent and collaborative tenant engagement with the aim of ensuring our tenants and the retail centres remain sustainable for the long-term.
